Listen gently

Your wellbeing comes before the ritual.

SoundAnew is designed for calm personal listening. Use a comfortable volume, stay aware of your surroundings and stop whenever a session does not feel right.

Hearing care

Volume and time both matter.

The World Health Organization explains that listening risk increases as volume, duration and frequency rise. Its current safe-listening guidance recommends keeping personal-device volume at no more than 60% of maximum, using well-fitted or noise-cancelling headphones and giving your ears regular quiet breaks.

  • Keep the volume comfortableYou should not need to strain, and people nearby should not hear your headphones clearly.
  • Reduce long exposureLower the volume and pause regularly during longer sleep, focus or repeat sessions.
  • Notice warning signsPersistent ringing, muffled hearing or difficulty following conversation are reasons to stop and seek qualified hearing care.

Situational awareness

Some moments need your full attention.

Do not use SoundAnew while driving, cycling in traffic, operating equipment or doing anything where reduced awareness could put you or someone else at risk. Choose a calm place where pausing the session is always easy.

Mindset and health

A wellbeing ritual is not medical care.

SoundAnew does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent physical or mental-health conditions. Affirmations, subliminals and meditations do not guarantee a particular outcome. If a session increases distress, anxiety, disorientation or discomfort, stop listening. For health concerns, work with an appropriately qualified professional; for an emergency, contact local emergency services.
