Access arrives in your account — not in a box.

SoundAnew sells digital membership access only. After PayTR confirms payment, Plus is activated on the purchasing account. There is no cargo, courier or physical media.

How delivery works

Confirmed payment → account entitlement.

  • TriggerSuccessful PayTR payment notification to SoundAnew’s secure callback.
  • Delivery methodServer-side activation of Plus on the same account that started checkout.
  • Customer checkView status on Membership and Account pages after refresh or re-sign-in if needed.
  • Typical timingUsually within a few minutes of confirmation.

If access is delayed

Simple recovery steps first.

  1. Wait up to 30 minutes and refresh Account / Membership.
  2. Sign out and sign back in with the same email used at checkout.
  3. If access is still missing after 24 hours, email support@soundanew.com with your account email and order reference — never send card numbers or passwords.

What is not delivered

No physical goods and no transferable download license.

SoundAnew does not ship products, gift cards or offline media. Streaming access is personal to the account. Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Cancellation and refund policy. Business context is summarized on the Business model page.
